Brandy Beesley is a lifelong resident of Ventura County, and has served as the CEO for Heart and Grace Cares Foundation since 2025. Brandy’s values and leadership style bring together an inclusive high-performance approach that honors the heart of Heart & Grace Cares mission. Her years of experience in business management includes working in several positions within the corporate sector at Monsanto, and also served as the Development Manager at Food Share. In her most recent role of 8 years where she served as Executive Director of Project Understanding, she has managed to sustain a 1,000 percent  increase in capacity of individuals served.

 In the year 2019 Brandy was named one of the Top 50 Woman in Business by Pacific Coast Business Times, and in 2023 earned the title of Top Latina in Business by the Pacific Coast Business Times.
Working for years within the for-profit sector gave her appreciation of now having the opportunity to serve others in the nonprofit community. Brandy’s heart and passion to help others gives her the continued motivation and goal of continuing to serve others.  
Brandy’s biggest joy comes from raising her three beautiful daughters.
